Trevon “Trey” Williams is a proud Savannah native with over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, public speaking, and youth advocacy. His powerful journey from struggle to success fuels his mission to help others recognize their potential, make wise choices, and create lasting legacies.
As the owner and founder of Royal Treatment Barber Parlor, a luxury barber boutique and salon, Trey has built a brand centered on excellence, integrity, and community. His entrepreneurial insight and dedication to mentorship have made Royal Treatment not just a place for grooming, but a space for growth—where clients and young barbers alike are inspired to pursue success with purpose.
Trey also serves as the Business Consultant and Visionary for Elan Preparatory Institute of Esthetics, where he brings his expertise in business development, operations, and leadership to help shape future estheticians into entrepreneurs. His guidance helps students understand how to build profitable, sustainable beauty businesses rooted in professionalism, service, and self-belief.

Brittnie Hatem, Co-Founder, Licensed Esthetician & Licensed Esthetician InstructorList Item 2
With over 8 years of experience in esthetics and 4 years as an instructor, Brittnie brings both professionalism and passion to her role as Esthetician Instructor. Known to students for her nurturing approach, hands-on training style, and exceptional patience, Brittnie specializes in facial treatments, waxing, advanced skin modalities, and business development for aspiring estheticians. She holds multiple certifications in advanced treatments and is passionate about elevating the standard of client care in the industry.
At Elan Prep, Brittnie teaches foundational, fundamental, and advanced esthetics with a focus on helping students grow in both skill and confidence. She designs dynamic lesson plans, guides students through practical training, and provides mentorship that goes far beyond the classroom. She especially enjoys introducing students to her favorite modalities, microdermabrasion and high frequency, for their effectiveness and instant gratification. Her teaching philosophy centers on building confidence, technical skill, and professionalism, ensuring students graduate not only industry-ready, but life-ready.
Driven by her deep belief in the power of education and transformation, Brittnie takes pride in helping students discover their innate talents and potential. Her favorite moments come from watching students grow from unsure beginners to confident professionals. She finds that moment when her students light up when something finally clicks one of the most rewarding parts of being an instructor. Whether she’s in the treatment room or leading a classroom discussion, Brittnie brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every interaction.
When she’s not teaching or studying, you’ll likely find Brittnie cheering on her kids at games or competitions, and planning her next DIY home project. Brittnie is currently furthering her education through a nursing program to expand her knowledge of health sciences, enhance her instructional capabilities, and deepen her clinical skill set. This ongoing commitment reflects the values that define Elan Prep’s approach- staying at the forefront of the industry and providing students with the highest level of education possible.

Kayla Williams, Co-Founder, Director, Licensed Esthetician InstructorList Item 3
Kayla Williams brings a unique blend of expertise, humor, and heart to her role as Co-Founder, Director, and Instructor at Elan Prep. Licensed for 4 years and an esthetic instructor for 3, she specializes in facials, restorative treatments, relaxing massage, men’s beard care, and body waxing. Her goal is simple: help students grow confident, skilled, and ready to succeed in the esthetics industry—all while having fun along the way.
In addition to teaching, Kayla oversees the operations and marketing of Elan Prep, ensuring the school runs smoothly while staying true to its mission. She provides strategic vision casting, operational oversight, and innovative marketing initiatives that keep the school growing and students thriving. Known for being relatable, invested, and comical, she combines leadership with approachability, guiding both staff and students with humor, mentorship, and inspiration.
Kayla makes learning engaging with hands-on activities, games, relevant media, humor, and real-life accounts that connect theory to practice. She thrives on seeing her students light up during those “aha” moments, turning challenges into opportunities for growth and laughter.
Outside of the classroom, Kayla is a devoted mom, homeschooling her girls, and leading a Girl Scout troop. She loves exploring coffee shops, dating her husband, and learning more about the great outdoors. Always committed to staying at the forefront of her field, Kayla participates in advanced education courses and refresher trainings, ensuring her students get the most current updates and best practices in esthetics.
